You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and only submit documents and instructions you are authorised to give for each business.
Each piece of work is confirmed by an itemised quote that separates government fees, professional fees and our platform fee. Work starts once you accept the quote and payment is verified.
We tell you the expected turnaround for each service. Agencies make the final decisions, and their processing times are outside our control.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.
You can stop using Rootbase at any time and export your records. We assist with transferring registered address, domain, email or phone services where these were provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to resolve any complaint directly with you.
